The Coastal Waves Method

IMG_6537.jpg

Welcome to Coastal Waves!

Swimming is an essential skill that everyone deserves to have. Since the pandemic, there has been a shortage of swim lessons which led to parents not being able to register their kids or themselves. This added their name to an extensive waitlist alongside hundreds of others. If they were lucky enough to get a spot, the 30-min class with four novice swimmers equated to 7.5-min of actual swim time because the students' skill level was so varied.

All these factors led to the creation of Coastal Waves Swim School - a mobile swim school at the convenience of your own home! We aim to focus on individual-based learning so students can efficiently progress in swimming.

Our Values

Individualized Learning

Everybody is different.

Everybody learns at a different pace.

Everybody has a different style of learning

Everybody comes with a different skillset.

Everybody has different levels of comfortability.

Private lessons work on the child's strengths and weaknesses by creating personalized swim programs that support their individual learning style. By registering for private lessons, the student is guaranteed to have the entire lesson to themselves  (or shared with a buddy or two) with instruction at their own pace!
